The evidence is a description and a link to the blog I created for my “Trends in School Leadership” class. This class was not required for my degree, but I wanted to take the opportunity to learn more about the issues surrounding school leadership. I did this because I wanted to be informed when I went to the administrator or board about concerns and ideas that I have for the school. I learned a lot about the responsibilites that school leaders handle.
How Does This Demonstrate Proficiency of the Standard?
- I have linked my professional growth to my professional goals. Rather than simply fulfilling the requirements for my license, I am going the extra step to learn more about my field (element B).
